Measure for above and below average with conditional formating

Please help me to solve

Hi:

Please see link for the figures (they are in either "Result Table" or Sum Table".) I hope this is what you are looking for. My average is higher than yours $2.85 v $2.24...

1. IF ( MAX ( Table1[Revenue/Cost] ) >= [Average Rev/Cost] ), "Above Avg", "Below Avg" )

 

2. MAX ( Table1[Revenue/Cost] ) >= [Average Rev/Cost] )  
then use the measure in the conditional formatting >= 1 for green and 0 for red

 

3. DIVIDE ( MAX ( Table1[Revenue/Cost] ) - [Average Rev/Cost] , [Average Rev/Cost] )

 

4.  Please clarify further

Clarification for S.No.4 :
If the deviation from Average is more than 3%, to show the product name and store ID in the report on selected date.
