then use the measure in the conditional formatting >= 1 for green and 0 for red
3. DIVIDE ( MAX ( Table1[Revenue/Cost] ) - [Average Rev/Cost] , [Average Rev/Cost] )

If the deviation from Average is more than 3%, to show the product name and store ID in the report on selected date.
