According to your description, you want to get the count of ID in which the one date column of a sale is not equal to BLANK() and another date column less than the date selected on a slicer, right? I think you can create a calendar table and a new measure to achieve your requirement, you can follow my steps:
- Create a calendar table:
Date = CALENDARAUTO()- Create a measure like this:
Count of fitered ID = COUNTX(FILTER(ALL(fact_sales),[closed_date]<>BLANK()&&[created_date]<MINX(ALLSELECTED('Date'),[Date])),[id])- Then you can create a date slicer to place the date column in the newly created table and a card chart to place the measure like this:
