KPI YE Goal DAX

Hello,

I have created a KPI to measure our inventory to YE balance in 2019.  The KPI was working correctly until I added November 2019 data.  Now the KPI is showing the Combined amounts rather then just Dec 2019.  How do I adjust my measure below to only show Dec-19 balance?

use something like this:

YE_Bal =
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        [Total Inv],
        FILTER (
            ALL ( 'Calendar' ),
            'calendar'[year] = YEAR ( TODAY () ) - 1
                && 'calendar'[month] = 12
        )
    )

Thanks.  I was able to use DATESBETWEEN('Calendar'[Date],"12/01/2019","12/31/2019")) to get it to work.
