I thought of creating a column calculated for the count of Customer Active and Customer Reactivated.

ALLEXCEPT removes the filters from all the column from the table in 1st parameter except the columns specified in the other parameters.

    __date - __lastdate
)

Active Customer = (Data[Date Diff Last Date] < 120 ) * 1

Customer Reactivated = (Data[Active Customer] = 0  ) * 1
