I WANT THE DAX FORMULA AS A REPLACEMENT OF IF AND VLOOKUP

Dear All Master,

I want a dax formula that replaces if and vlookup. I want the master item sheet not to be unpivoted because the original master item has 30000 records so that if I unpivot it becomes 90000 records. The result I want is in the yellow data sheet. I want to use the buffer function so that it makes data loading fast.

IF	Switch
VLookup	Lookupvalue	With or without relationship between tables.
VLookup	Related	If your tables have relationship.
