Hello everyone.
I'm rather new to PowerBI. I have not been able to find any post which points me to a solution, so I'm contributing my first question. Have found a lot of help here so far, which I am very grateful for. Big thanks to the ones contributing answers!
Here we go.
Objective is to calculate individual sales agent targets.
We have three tables involved:
Agents with "agent code" and "agent status" (e.g. agent status = "junior", "experienced", "senior")
Agent Target Rate with "agent status" and "target rate" (target rate = 0.6, 1.0, 1.2)
Target Sales with normed agent targets by product and month
I would like to now create a measure calculates agent targets depending on the status/target rate.
So if I select an agent code with "experienced" status, the 100% target is returned and if a junior agent is selected, the 60% target is returned.
Would be great to get a hints towards a solution!
Thanks!
Denis
Maybe something like
Target Rate =
VAR AgentCode = SELECTEDVALUE([Agent Code])
SWITCH(AgentCode,"Experienced",1.00,"Junior",.6,"Senior",1.20)
