Help with dAX Formula

im lookin to  get the total amount of agency unfilled, problem i have is that the Agency column has several agency names in the Agency Column   how do i get it to return total unfilled Also thinkin...

Add the Agencies on the Row Section of a matrix and add the following measure to value, it will show you by agencies:

Agency Unfilled = CALCULATE( COUNTROWS('Interpreting') ,'Interpreting'[status] = "Unfilled" )
