Help with a Recursive DAX calculation or workaround

Hey all

Hoping someone might be able to assist with a challenge I have in trying to replicate a recursive excel based formula.    I understand that DAX doesn't handle these type of calculations well (or even at all) so any workaround would be much appreciated.

Here are the current calculations:

Basically, we have a schedule of Allocations and Expired Units which are fixed values.   

We then have 2 calculations that reference one another.    The "Consumed" measure is simply taking the minimum value of the Rolling Calc and Allocation measures.

The Allocation measure however, references itself (prior week value) as well as referencing the Consumed measure (prior week value).

I've been scrating my head all day on this and can't figure out how to replicate using DAX.

Any help would be hugely appreciated
