    HI lipao255,

    You can try to use the following measure formula to get the count based on country, event, and medal group:

    formula =
CALCULATE (
    COUNT( Table[Medal] ),
    ALLSELECTED ( Table ),
    VALUES ( Table[Country] ),
    VALUES ( Table[Event] ),
    VALUES ( Table[Medal] )
)
