Growth percentage calculation for current month using last month cost

Please guide me to calculate growth percentage for below scenerio.

Billing Date      cost      Customer Name

01-01-2021      250        Jarvo

01-02-2021      325        Basha

01-03-2021      475        VK

01-02-2021      530       Jarvo

01-02-2021      607       Basha

01-02-2021      683       VK

01-03-2021      709       Jarvo

01-03-2021      428       Jarvo

We have n no of rows like this we want to add one column at the end for growth percentage that should be compared with current month and previous month.

And then we want to display average growth rate percentage for the last 12 calendar months  in top of the dashboard (in card)

 we have already table in place with billing date,cost,customer name,etc..,

I just want to calcuate the growth percentage and add as one more column thats all.

If you have any idea about that please share the measures.
