Group By Sales rep and Max Count(Area)

Hi Everyone,

I need your help regarding the following problem:

I have a table with sales, sales reps and area.

Now I want to group my Sales reps into a new table with the Area with the highest count also included. 

Below what I want to achieve:

As you can see Sales rep A has done most of his sales in EU so his Main Area is EU.

What happens if there is a rep that has at least 2 different areas with the same counts? Which area do you want to return?

This is not going to happen (or at least it shouldn't) because they sell in 1 main area and only in rare occasions they can have a sale in another area.
