Facing problem in converting tableau calculated column to Power BI

I need to convert this tableau measure to Power BI.

to use parameter and filter

How do I achieve this in Power BI.

SWITCH ([Parameter1],

"Only open", CALCULATE(something,not [column1] = "Closed"),

"All", CALCULATE(something, [column1] in { "Closed","Open","------"})

)

There is nothing to calculate in that. I tried to use that field but it is not working.

I have attached a sample PBIX file.

Please help me in this.
