Facing issue while visualizing dynamic tooltip using multiple measures

We are using pie chart for visualization which calculate contributor percentages for each segment using multiple measures(for each segment separate measure), Now we want to show the count of the contributors for each segments which has to be show dynamically whenever we select/hover on specific part of the visual.

Fig 2: We had tried with putting multiple measures in tooltip, as you can see it is showing all at a time

The expected behaviour is to show percentage and count for each individual segment.
