Need to show the Dynamic Data points like custom tooltips for the Dynamic Images

Hello Team , 
I am facing a challenge in my Power Bi report building for which I need expertise help. 
In my User Journey  report for a campaign we have a requirement to show the User Journey Flow in a manner like ER diagram. The User Journey Snippets are getting saved on the BLOB storage and from there we are storing in ADB in the form of text and then using the same in PBI. 
Now the user is asking to show the data associated with KPI for each Touchpoints for the User Journey which will be dynamic as the User Journey Images are also Dynamic and changes as per the filter. I tried custom tooltips option but its not working because I am using Image Pro to produce the Image in Power BI and there no options to show custom tooltips.

In Power BI for one user journey campaign , This below image has been created in Image Pro Visualization. 

Expectations in Power BI is to show the Numbers marked in red box whenever user hover on the respected image flow 

Please help me to acheive this in Power Bi and if its not also provide the Alternatives how we can acheive this.
