Difference between a min filtered and a column

Hi, 

I'm having a problem with my BI.

I have a column with some values. In my visual, I have a visual that filter other column. What I am trying to do is to have a column that calculate the difference between the values in the first column and the minimum value filtered.

When I try, what I have is the only the difference between the column and the mininum value of the the other column without the filter by the visual.
