DAX - keep raw total

HI,

im trying to get a measure that is based on other measure that will ignore all page slicers and interactions , and only will filter to current raw in the table.

the base measure i have : 

# Log Changes = CALCULATE( DISTINCTCOUNT(FactStatusLog[Issue Key]), FactStatusLog[LastStatusOfWeek]="1",FactStatusLog[isLast]=1)

my table:

i want to keep the "193" for this raw level of "YEAR&WORKWEEK" but if i will press on slicer on the page that it will not changed remain "193"

Why do you want to keep this value? Is it for the current week? What kind of slicers?
