DAX VARIABLE filter from another Variable

I  have a varible, that I am trying to return ONLY shipments from SHIPMENT ID 

VAR shippingdays =

CALCULATE([Average transitDays], 'shipment'[ship_INDR]<>"Y")

RETURN

IF ( AvgshipedNonDDA = BLANK (), 0, AvgshipedNonDDA)

How do I filter out the data that dont belong to get this result?

Please have a try.

Try to use filter.

The measure is 0 or is not 0.
