Please would you help group and sort by bpart_id using DAX. I have tried all sorts of ways and did not win. Thank you

Hi @giress ,
According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1) My test data is the same as yours.
(2) We can create a table.
GroupedTable = var _table= SUMMARIZE(
'Table',
'Table'[bpart_id],
"alt_bpart_id", MAX('Table'[alt_bpart_id])
)
var _table2=ADDCOLUMNS(_table,"rank",RANKX(_table,[bpart_id],,ASC,Dense))
return _table2
(3) Select a column to sort by index column.
If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.
Best Regards,
Neeko Tang
