Hi there, I am trying to create a formula whereby I need to do the following product count + 0.65 * blank product count
e.g. for Outbound BDR it should be 14 + 0.65 * 4 = 17
In the below you have month, Product and then lead source. The problem I am having on all calculation is the product type because my calculations keep calculating Outbound BDR top (14) + 0.65 * (Blank) = 14 as it is unable to distinguish the count of non product because it is not related to a product. I need to calculate the value of lead source only regardless of product (in red) and I need to show it in this format. Any suggestions?

Hi @rajendraongole1 , Thank you. for the ('inoutbound') should I be using the lead_source. I have put it into a table so the field names are visible as the 'inoutbound' is what I am unsure because there could be other leadsources such as 'Inbound' that does not have a product code either.
