DAX Formula help

Hello every one,

I'm working on a DAX formula and I would like to count all the data except this on red. 

This is my formula : 

formula 1 = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table 1'[Start]);'Table 1'[Action]="Closed")

So i would like to make a distinctcount on Table 1 without counting "Closed".

Change the '=' to '<>'
