Create a measure.
Count =
CALCULATE (
COUNT ( 'Table'[id] ),
FILTER ( ALL ( 'Table' ), 'Table'[col1] = MAX ( 'Table'[col1] ) ),
FILTER ( ALL ( 'Table2' ), 'Table2'[col2] = MAX ( 'Table2'[col2] ) )
)
Get the expected result.
