I would like to create a DAX formula that will compare one column to another. I have a table. Column 1 has 2 items: It will either say "Reported Timely" OR "Not Reported Timely". If the item says "Not Reported Timely" then I want to highlight the 2nd column in YELLOW if the 2nd columns shows as blank. The second column is "The reason it was not reported timely".
Column 1 Name = Eform Reported Timely by Sumbitter
Column 2 Name = Submitter Timeliness Explained
