Calculate count of tickets based on time intervals

Hi everyone,

 

I have two cloumns, "Resolution per hour" and "Incident_ID". I need to create a measure to count number of incident within each

time intervals (0 - 1 Hour, > 1 Hour & <= 2 Hours, > 3 Hour & <= 4 Hours, ..etc), then i need to calclate the percentage of each time intervals/ total of incident.

 

>> count (incident_Id), where(Resolution per hour= 0 - 1 Hour, > 1 Hour & <= 2 Hours, > 3 Hour & <= 4 Hours) / total count of incident_id

 

i tried to use dax contains earlier function, but seems this dose not work. any help please?
