Average Grand Total doesn't calculate correctly

Currently , i am looking for Average in Grand total but apparently ,which ever way i write Dax my Total only aggregates instead of Average.

In attached example the average that i am expecting is  0.875 for my test measure in grand total apparently , it only adds up and doesn'tr resolve the context

Here is my Dax for TEST  measure

Test =
IF(
ISFILTERED('Funding Source'[Allocation]),
(Sum('Capacity Fact'[AllocationAmountin Minutes])/Sum('Date'[Is Weekday]))/480,
Sumx('Provider Capacity Fact' ,
'Capacity Fact'[AllocationAmountin Minutes]/Sum('Date'[Is Weekday])/480
))

this should be 0.88*2/2 = 0.88this should be 0.88*2/2 = 0.88

@bipro-atlanta there is lot of data, would have been nice if you shared pbix file, unfortunately don't have time to go thru each and every sheet on shared dataset.

@parry2k  - Did you get chance to take a peak at the PBIX File ?

I uploaded the .PBIX File on the same location

The measure i played in two different format are

Test

AllocationTest

Both seems to be giving different results
