Total Average of Column in a DAX Expression

I'm trying to create dax code that incorporates the calculation of the total average of U Event Rate (5.41) to create a stepped upper control line. I have the formula created but I'm not able to get the total average (5.41) to show up in the calculation. instead I'm getting the average of only the value in the row ; for example January would look like this: 4.40+3*SQRT(4.40/14056) instead of 5.41+3*SQRT(5.41/14056).

How can I get the total average of a column so I can use that in my formula?

@mike71484 I think following will do, if not then share sample data

Avg Total =
CALCULATE( AVERGE( YourTable[U Event Rate] ), ALLSELECTED( YourTable ) )

In yourUCL calculation, change use above measure and it will work.
