Allocate values by months

Hi All.

Please help with tip for calculate cost allocation by months with accumulation.

Now i have this data set :

I need create visualization in Power BI  - transpose data and calculate accumulation value with summarize by month. 

For example :

Project life 12 month, cost will be allocate to 12 equals parts.
