maps not working - it is enabled

Hi

I get this error for my maps. It is enabled - any idea why it would say it isn't when it is?

did your tenant admin confirm that they enabled it in the tenant admin interface?

I am the admin

Have you confirmed that it is enabled in the tenant admin portal?  Maybe your company has a DLP policy further up.

Yes I did - in Power BI desktop.
