maps not working - it is enabled

Hi I get this error for my maps. It is enabled - any idea why it would say it isn't when it is?

did your tenant admin confirm that they enabled it in the tenant admin interface?

    Have you confirmed that it is enabled in the tenant admin portal?  Maybe your company has a DLP policy further up.

        What SKU did you purchase?
