Which custom visual to use .?

Hi All,

I did the below chart using donut chart.

Please kindly assist how to show the number and when hover the mouse in completed it gets bigger like below:

When the report is open, the whole chart is annimated - it starts from 0 to the full chart.

What custom visual should I use.
