Specialised Visual

Hi all

Hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction. 

I need to find a visual that does something like the picture i have attached here.

On the left are my questions (work streams) and on the right i have the current status for each team within the 4 areas. I have looked for a table or visual in power bi but i can see anything that is reporting this way for me. 

Does anyone know of one or have any ideas on what i could do to get this type of dashboard?

I would recoomended using conditional formatting in the Matrix visual.  You will need to create a table in your model that has your workstream hierarchy and area hierachy
