How we can create this visual in power BI , it is available in Excel but not in Power BI

I need to create this type chart with the data in Power BI , I have created this in Excel 

 

 

If there are any visual from which we can create these type 3 d charts to find outliers let me know

    Hi there,

    The best bet is PlotyJS  Custom Visual. It has 3d options.
