Hello, I am currently working on Power BI, and I have recently started using this software, so I am still learning. I have encountered a problem while working on my project. I have a column for the number of violations and another column for the violation description. My goal is to calculate the sum number of violations per violation description and display it in a donut chart. Additionally, I want to segment the chart by the agent's name, so that it shows the data specific to each agent instead of the overall data. However, despite my attempts, I have been unable to achieve the desired results. The values are not scaling properly when I choose an agent, and they appear too small. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. Thank you. You can find below the screenshots illustrating the issue, both with and without the applied segmentation. Additionally, I have included a part of the SQL view that I used.
Donut chart? Your final choice? 🙂
