Top N and specific

Hello, I need a line chart that shows the top 8 values of my data but also a specific value.

For instance, top 8 universities in USA + the 100th.

Is ther any way to doy this?

For a quick solution use two separate visuals. Once you get more familiar with DAX you can craft a merged view but that is a lot of work.
