Has anyone created a RACI Matrix in Power BI? I'm looking at creating something like the below from Excel so this can be a shareable dashboard. Any thoughts?

Hey @Smudgers9. Here's what I was able to come up with using the native matrix visual in Power BI. I generated notional data for this, that's why the "System" and "Sub Categories" are just random characters. To save space and have the column headers rotated 90 degrees, I generated dynamic SVGs with DAX.
The .pbix can be downloaded here.
If this is enough to get you going please consider liking this reply and choosing it as the solution. Otherwise, I'm happy to help further/clarify any questions about the implementation.

Hi @giammariam
I would like to rotate my column headers with 90 degree, but using your DAX formular, the output is the code and not the title.
Below an example of my matrix, where I want the 'competence' be vertical-
@Smudgers9 how critical is it to be able to expand and collapse sections? If you controlled which systems were visible via slicer, would that be sufficient?
@giammariam a slicer could work just as nicely to be honest. My only concern is the list of systems could be 100 plus so the slicer becomes very large.
Hey @Smudgers9 , you may be able to get close enough with the native power bi matrix visual. Otherwise, this is definitely something that could be done in Deneb.if you are unfamiliar, there will be a bit of a learning curve involved. If you are able to provide a sanitized dataset (here's how), I'd be happy to provide an implementation to show what is possible.
Thanks for replying @giammariam Attached is a sanitised data set. let me know if you need further clarification on the data. I really appreciate you looking into this for me.https://sanctuary.sharefile.com/d-sd45f2e71907e415c86f8f5247499ea23
