PowerBI Custom Visual - Offer Change - Certification Loss

Hey Community,

Recently I've been able to create a PowerBI Custom Visual and very recently it has been accepted for a Certification. 
My question is what changes to the offer am I allowed to make without the need of going for recertification process?

I've been thinking about changing and adding a few screenshots to the offer, perhaps a small change of description - If i make those changes will I need to go through the whole process and waiting time again? 
If not, which options should I avoid or click while editing the offer to not have to certificate again and keep the current certification.
