Power BI visuals :) (help needed)

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help or point me in the correct direction I'm supporting a client who has set up a workspace with visualization dashboards. When the simulations is run from within power bi online the visualization appears for admins however for regular users it does not as shown below. If the regular user clicks on the hyperlink 'Baseline report' or 'Simulation Report' it redirects them into power bi where they can see the report.  Is there a way to amend this so users can see what the admin see or is this expected behaviour? Thank you!
