Hello. I have a question about publishing a dashboard on the WEB. I need to rename an already created and published dashboard while keeping the same link (since I have shared it with many colleagues). Is it possible?

No, you will need to replace the contents in your existing report/dashboard/app if you want to keep the link.  All other scenarios will produce new GUIDs and require management of change.
