I am trying to develop a dependency matrix by departments, similar to the image shown below, that would say the number of dependencies between departments. I have fields that calculate those numbers, but I can't figure out which visualization format will allow be to do it.

There are several possibilities but my favorites are Chord and Sankey: you have to get the custom visuals from marketplace
Wanted to upload the sample file ... but I can't figure it out 😉
