Create Traffic Light

Hi,

I want to create traffic light visualization outside the table and it should like traffic signal with three dots + default color black.And color of the signal depends on drop down selection and measurement defined.So, far based on search I couldn't find any reference to achieve my requirement. Please let me know whether it possible to create in Power BI.
