Column to Compare Last Week over Previous Week

Hi all!, haven't found the solution around there. I saw something similar but didn't work to me.

I have Weekly KPI Avgs and It was requested to add a new column at the end to compare each KPI between (for this example) Week 4 over Week 3.

Appreciate any input.

What are you planning to compare week 1 to? Please provide sample data in usable format (not as a picture) , show the expected outcome, and give some more context.
