Cannot display Custom Visuals on desktop

We encountered failure of custom visuals on desktop since May, 2025.
In the past, those custom visuals were working fine on desktop, now they all becomes blank.
The desktop version we use is ver. 2024. Feb.

If I installed same version on my personal computer, workbooks works all fine.

But if I used company computer and logged in company ID, custom visuals go blank.

Anyone has any clue what would cause this problem? Cybersecurity setting?? Authorization settings?

How can I fix this problem??

Hi @hjchen,

You may need to check with your network admins to see if they have disabled EnableUncertifiedVisuals via AD Group Policy, which will disable custom visuals in Power BI Desktop. Here's the relevant section of the admin documentation that you may need to refer to when following up.

Regards,

Daniel
