Hello,I would really appreciate if someone helps me out with query
I am working on ticket analysis of some company where I have ticket audit data,I have to calculate the days spent by one departement on one ticket at the end of the lifetime of the ticket and then visualize the average of each department.
Same logic I have to use on the Satus as well where I have to calculate the average time for a ticket in one Status,status of the ticket can be New,In Progress,Waiting For Customer and Closed.
I am attaching the sample data to answer the question for 3 Tickets,where two departments are present Settlement and Schedulling
Created-Date of Creation of the Ticket
Due Date-Due date to Close the Ticket
Modiefied-any change in status or department shows the date in modified column for one ticket.
