Appropriate Visual for different grades of various teams of a project

Hello Team,

A sample data of different projects from projects across different metrics is shown. Now, I would like to highlight

1. Any one parameter(say, reliability) by comparing different projects of team

2. All the parameters of a project in a team

I have tried with the charts available in Power BI. However, the information in not conveyed clearly in my point of view.

Would I get suggestions on how to efficiently represent the insights based on the above sample data.

Normalize your parameters into a comparable number range and then use a radar chart visual

Hello @lbendlin ,

Thanks for your suggestion and it looks appropriate as well.

However, a notable issue is that in the provided image, a field is overwritten by another when they fall within the same range. Consequently, it becomes challenging to ascertain, along one axis, the total number of points or fields that are being referenced.

Are there alternative methods or visuals that can address this concern and ensure that all field points are adequately noted?

Use separate radar charts maybe?

Hello @lbendlin ,

That is the work around that I am trying now. However, if we try to visualise all at one chart, what will be our solution. Looking for answers in that way as well
