Matrix formatting in Power BI

My first question is regarding the count of Project ID: I have a matrix with the Resource name and Resource Role from the resource table, and the ID is from the project table. I drilled down on the rows and I have the Matrix as shown below along with the visualization pane. I need to show the count of Project IDs instead of the ID itself. I could not able to do aggregation on the row-level fields. What is the best way to get the count?

Secondly I have three measures Booked Hours, Available time, and Utilization Forecast. I want to show only booked hours for each

month and at the end of the matrix as columns, I want to show total booked hours, Available time, and utilization cost as measures. Please let me know how to re-format the matrix.

These are my measure calculations

Booked Hours = sum(bookings[bookedHours])

AvailableTime = sum(bookings[AvailableTime]

utilization_forecast = DIVIDE(sum(bookings[bookedHours]),sum(bookings[AvailableTime]))
