Power Query - Find Uncommon entries between two lists

This can answer questions like - How many of our employees didn't participate in a conference.
A table contains the names of persons who enrolled to attend a conference. Another table contains the names of participants of the conference from different organizations.
We need to find from our organization who all didn't attend the conference.
