Why doesn’t the Activation Details panel display records that meet the condition set in Activator? However, when I lower the threshold value, the records appear in the panel.
For example, I set up an alert for values above 7.5, but no records are shown, even though there are records exceeding 7.5. However, when I lower the threshold to 7, records start appearing. I would like to understand the possible reasons for this behavior.
Hi Tang,
Thank you for helping. Today when I look at the activator, it shows the records that met the conditions (>7.5) while I haven't changed any rule and conditions there. I dont know the reasons. Kind Regards, Yan Wang
Hi @YanWang ,
What are your testing conditions? If you set it to the Becomes condition, it will only activate when the condition changes from false to true. If you set it to a value greater than or equal to 7.5, then it will always trigger when the value is greater than 7.5.
