How to Get All Columns from a Power BI Table in the Data Stream After Setting Up an Activator
When creating an alert from a Power BI table in Power BI Service, I select a column as a condition to monitor changes and trigger the alert. However, after setting up the alert, the streamed data in Activator includes only a subset of the total columns—some columns are missing from the data stream. I am unsure of the criteria Activator uses to select certain columns. I would like to know how to include all columns from the Power BI table in Activator so that I can configure objects and alerts based on my preferences.

Hi Tang,
The question is that I get the data from a table from Power BI service when creating an alert . There are more than 10 columns in the table, but when it transfers to streaming data, only 5 columns are selected out of all those columns.
What are the rules that the system select the columns. Not all the columns (data fields) are transferred to the datastream. Is there any limitation on the number of columns transferring from Power BI table to the datastream? Since not all the columns are availbe in the datastream, 'Asign Property' is not an option here to get other columns.
I hope that I have provided more detailed information so that you could help to look into that , thanks
Kind Regards, Yan

Hi @YanWang ,
In Activator, you can assign additional columns to your objects. To do this:
- Open the workspace with your streaming data.
- Select the event stream you want to modify.
- Use the "Assign Properties" option to import other columns from your event stream and convert them into properties on your objects.
