Data Activator Email Format

Does anyone know if it's possible to format the text that goes in the "optional message" section of the "send email" act? Specifically, I would like to provide a hyperlink but don't want to display the long hyperlink.

Hi @datapanther ,

Data Activator, being in its preview phase, has certain limitations regarding the customization of email content. Specifically, the ability to format text or shorten hyperlinks directly within the "send email" feature might not be fully supported. This is primarily due to the current focus on ensuring functionality and stability during the preview period.
There are a couple of workarounds you might consider:
1. Using a URL Shortener: Before inserting the hyperlink into your email, you could use an external URL shortening service (like Bit.ly, TinyURL, etc.) to create a more concise link. This shortened URL can then be inserted into your message, making it more visually appealing.
2. Text Box in Power BI: If your workflow involves Power BI and you're looking to embed links in a more customizable format, consider using a text box for hyperlinks as suggested in Power BI documentation. While this approach is more about report presentation than emails, it might offer some insights into creative solutions.
