tooltip error

Hi,

I just published the inform in PowerBi service with tooltip included (page tooltip asocciated to some cards).

Everyone can see tooltips in the inform, except one, who says he can´t see a tooltips at all (when he see the card, any tooltip appears)

What could be a problem?

    What browser are they using? IE is no longer supported. 

    Also, troubleshooting steps assuming they are not using IE:

    1. Disable any blocker scripts, like ublock origin. See if that is interferring.
    2. Launch Power BI in an incognito/private session with no extensions running.
    3. Clear the cache
    4. Try a different browser. Safari, Edge (modern/chromium), Chrome, and Firefox are all supported. Make sure any of those are current.
